Successor to RLCMetroNews gets new format

A brand new paper for RLC members is born. Using a state of the art content management system, YetAnotherPaper, YAP, will enable all users in RLC to create their own stories directly in the site, submit them to volunteers editors for reviews and publication. How to volunteer for the various paper positions, editors, chief editor, reviewer, etc... will be announced shortly. Meanwhile, the site is open for writers as we need content to be online prior to the official opening and to test the various features of the YAP.
